'Personal vendetta drives Grameen attack'
Dhaka, Aug 3 (bdnews24.com) — The opposition has demanded that the
government stop the move to amend the Grameen Bank ordinance that will
change the rule to appoint Managing Director of the microlender.
"The government has initiated the move to change the amendment to deliberately destroy the Grameen Bank," BNP Acting Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir claimed in a statement issued on Friday.
